PMA Long Course Jobs Open 2025 Officer Training Program

The primary objective of the PMA Long Course is to hire young people into the Pakistan Army as commissioned officers. Pama Long Course is popular because of its well-defined training schedule and its contribution towards transforming cadets into military leaders.

Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Male citizens of Pakistan.

Age: 17-22 years for Intermediate or equivalent qualification holders; 17-23 years for graduates.

Marital Status: Unmarried.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate (FSc) or equivalent; graduates with 2 years of graduation and 50% marks are also eligible.

Physical Standards: Minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches; weight as per BMI.

Training

Over two years of training in the PMA Long Course, there are two main phases. These phases are split into four terms, each consisting of six months. Training begins with physical exercise and then transitions to books and leadership.
