JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives Jobs invites applications for the following positions under the PSDP-funded project titled “Establishment of Federal SDGs Support Unit.” The roles are on a contract basis:

SOCIAL SECTOR SPECIALIST (PPS-10)
Develop and implement strategies in poverty reduction, food security, health, education, and gender equality sectors, aiming to reduce inequalities and enhance social welfare in line with Sustainable Development Goals.

ENVIRONMENT SECTOR SPECIALIST (PPS-10)
Design and implement projects promoting environmental sustainability, addressing climate change, and enhancing natural resource management.

IT/DASHBOARD EXPERT (PPS-09)
Develop digital tools and dashboards for real-time SDG monitoring, ensuring data visualization enhances access to information and innovation under SDGs.

ADMIN & FINANCE OFFICER (DDO) (PPS-08)
Manage administrative and financial operations to ensure effective resource utilization, supporting transparent governance and financial sustainability.

ECONOMIC SECTOR SPECIALIST (PPS-10)
Provide insights for economic growth, job creation, and poverty reduction, supporting sustainable development through economic reforms and economic analysis.

DATA/STATISTICS EXPERT (PPS-09)
Collect, analyze, and report statistical data to monitor SDG progress, supporting evidence-based policy-making and transparent resource allocation for SDGs.

COMMUNICATION EXPERT (PPS-09)
Devise and implement communication strategies to raise awareness of SDG initiatives, focusing on public engagement for SDGs.

RESEARCH ANALYST (PPS-08)
Conduct country and region-specific research to guide SDG projects, focusing on local challenges related to SDGs.

OFFICE ASSISTANT (PPS-05)
Provide administrative support for efficient project execution, ensuring documentation, communication, and coordination with sustainable institutional development.
