  • Selection Process:
    • Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
    • Communication: All communications will be made through valid contact numbers (mobile numbers) provided by the candidates.
    • No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance will be provided for test/interview attendance.

Additional Requirements:

  • IT Training: Selected candidates for certain positions must complete basic IT training courses (including MS Office) conducted by NITB before the probation period ends.
  • Government Employees: Candidates already in government service should apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
  • Physical Standards (for Security Guard): Minimum height requirement is 5 feet 7 inches.
  • Testing Centers:
    • Written tests and interviews will be conducted in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, and Quetta.
    • The department reserves the right to assign candidates to the nearest center based on the number of applicants.
