Applications are invited for the following contract posts to be filled in the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority(PPRA) under the e-Procurement Project titled “E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal (EPADS) System” on contract basis as per following details: All intending candidates are required to submit online applications through National Job Portal (NJP) website i.e. https://njp.gov.pk & www.ppra.org.pk , The Government of Pakistan, through its Cabinet Division and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), has announced a series of job opening 2024.
Available Positions and Their Requirements
1.Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualifications: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates must have proven experience in leadership roles such as CTO, CEO, or Project Director, particularly in IT organizations. A deep understanding of IT strategies, large-scale project management, and financial oversight is essential.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as per CNIC
2.Chief Software Specialist (CSS)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualifications: An MS in Computer Science from a well-reputed university, with a professional background in either Computer Science or Engineering. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in software development, particularly in the public sector, focusing on large-scale enterprise software systems. Additional knowledge in Procurement Management and IEEE Standards is considered an asset.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as per CNIC
3.IT Assistant
- Number of Posts: 5
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (Second Class or Grade C) from an HEC-recognized university. Selected candidates will be required to undertake a six-week diploma in IT Basic Training, including MS Office, conducted by NITB within one year.
- Age Limit: 18-28 years
4.IT Technician
- Number of Posts: 3
- Qualifications: Intermediate from a recognized institution along with a minimum of 6 months diploma in IT. Candidates must also be computer literate.
- Age Limit: 18-25 years
5.Naib Qasid
- Number of Posts: 3
- Qualifications: Primary pass, with preference given to locals from Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
- Age Limit: 18-25 years
6.Sweeper
- Number of Posts: 2
- Qualifications: Must be local to Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
- Age Limit: 18-25 years

Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at https://njp.gov.pk. If you are applying for more than one post, you must submit a separate application for each. Applications submitted via hard copy will not be entertained, except for those applying for the positions of IT Assistant and IT Technician. These candidates have the option to submit their applications through hard copy by downloading the application form from www.ppra.org.pk.
